We have never really tapped the off-season market so there is plenty of room to grow. We are about 45% booked to the end of October already. Opportunity awaits. Tv's with Roku devices in the living room and both bedrooms in each unit. Cabins 1 and 3 have a 3rd bedroom option (separate entrances and egress). Cabin 1 Comfortable sleeps 6, Cabin 2 is a 4 sleeper and cabin 3 sleeps 8. Neighbors are pretty cool too. Never an issue on that front.
