There are many trails for hiking/ATV so you're sure to see some of the local wildlife: deer, groundhogs, turkey, black bears (very shy and seldom seen), fox, birds and butterflies. There are roads to access all parcels. We just built a National Barn (36 X 48) on the back parcel #6 with a power pole ready to hook up.
