In the theater room, replaced the theater seating with new electric leather recliners that have cup holders, USB charging ports, trays, and storage compartment; replacing the projector and projector screen, putting in a new amplifier and tuner, programmable universal remote control, and replacing speakers. The new bathroom vanity has double sinks, storage tower in the middle, pull out shelves and storage for hot tools, raised panels and furniture feet. Color is oyster grey. Ordered thermafoil cabinets for the pavilion in gray. Hardware for the cabinets has not been selected.

New GE Monogram 48 inch gas six burner range with griddle and double ovens installed in September. New GE Monogram dishwasher as well.

New Samsung front loading washer and dryer with 2nd washer and dryer on top for delicates, etc.
