This Mission Revival home was designed and rebuilt by a top American designer for himself to the highest standards of excellence. Floors throughout are of oak with random inserts of Tiger Oak pattern. Hallway cabinets are lined with solid cedar to keep contents fresh and moth-free as typical of the period. The backyard fountain features a reproduction period piece of Laird Plumbeigh tiles created by a local artist known for fine arts & crafts tile work also used in the kitchen back splash. The back yard also features a redwood Grape Arbor running the length of the rear wall covered by producing grape vines. The Garage is separated from that of the neighbor and is fully insulated and dry-walled of high quality. All cabinetry is custom made along with the solid mahogany garage door. An office/library/study is also open to the backyard and another lovely fountain through French doors. An additional bath could be accommodated in this space.
