Property Description

Small, affordable, great hunting acreage doesn't come around very often. Here is your chance at 15 acres that has been managed for deer for several years. The location is set perfectly in the middle of great surrounding deer habitat. Food plots are in place, bedding areas have been created, fruit trees have been planted, stand sites are established. Seller will leave the elevated box blind for the new owner. True trophy deer potential every season as this property sits in a QDM co-op area. No walking this property without contacting listing agent. From the seller...
"I always enjoyed pulling up to my 15 acre slice of heaven. From day 1, every neighbor has been very nice and helpful. The neighbors like quality deer hunting, so I was a great fit. I have zero pictures or sightings of a single trespasser with 10 trail cameras. The dead end road keeps most people from passing by and makes the whole section hunt larger.

After all of the hard habitat work and habitat improvements I have made, it's always a productive hunt. Having so much security cover for bucks, and the best food plots around, it is always a matter of simply hunting the right day.

The chestnut, apple, pear and persimmon trees are maturing and producing mast. There are ample oaks producing acorns. They are surrounded by cover, where a buck can feel comfortable. A swamp to the west allows deer to age. Access from the East works on the majority of wind directions while hunting.

I am going to miss watching the sunset from my treestand over the giant weeping willow. I am going to miss watching the deer eat the apples from the trees I planted with my young daughters. I am going to miss shooting a big whitetail buck as he sneaks out of the swamp....and taking my young son hunting as we shot our very first deer together. It is a phenomenal hunting tract for its size. I know the new owner will reap what I have sewn."
