This is a fantastic recreational parcel. The 40 acres is all forested with mostly hardwoods. The terrain is rolling and high and dry other than a small pond/wetland just outside the cabin. The cabin is a classic vertical log off grid cabin with an up-north feel to the inside. The whole cabin is wired for a generator and also piped for propane lighting. There is a stone fireplace with an insert that heats the whole cabin. The property is easily accessed from I-75 just north of Vanderbilt. Owner reports there is good white tail, grouse, and woodcock. Elk also transit the property. The camp is just a short drive from Boyne Mountain for winter sports and golfing Also it is a short drive to Gaylord which is a national destination for golf.
