Beautiful tile and even the shower pan was lifted and new tile put down. And finally when he still couldn't go out, he replaced the windows. And only 3 days ago, he installed a brand new storm door. Why is he selling after all of this? He is going back home to family. I would not wait on this unit. And F building is one of the nicest buildings in Ironwood. The owners keep it in great shape. The gardens are well kept, the walkways, the elevator, the building itself and they have the best sunset sitting area under the trees where you can gather and meet your friends. The building is right across the street from the clubhouse with lots of activities including a heated pool. You are minutes to Anna Maria Island, Robinson Preserve where hiking, biking and kayaking is king. Downtown Bradenton with its Saturday street vendors and Bloody Marys and the River Walk will delight. The lavish City of Sarasota is a 20 minute ride. How can you go wrong?
