Originally from the Ozark Mountains of North Central Arkansas, Zach moved to Nashville in the spring of 2020 a year after graduating from SAU to be closer to family in Nashville and Arkansas. Once in Nashville, Zach decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and obtained his TN Affiliate Broker's license in December 2021. Zach has sold properties all across middle Tennessee, working with buyers and sellers. Since joining SimpliHŌM in 2022, Zach has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Agents out of over a 1,000 SimpliHŌM agents nationwide multiple times, and has been awarded the “Partner Award” in both 2024 and 2025 and even placed on the “Top 10 Agents” list in June 2024!
In addition to becoming a REALTOR at SimpliHOM, Zach has many different passions and hobbies. He loves to stay active at the gym, and also loves hiking, swimming, kayaking, and especially skiing. He also loves to travel and has been to 42 states, 16 countries, 3 continents, and even lived in France for a year while studying the French language.
Zach also began modeling as a runway fashion model while in college and signed on with agencies in Chattanooga and Atlanta and competed in several modeling competitions. In 2018, he competed in New York City where he placed in the top 10 for his division in the categories of TV Beauty and Fashion Print at IMTA New York. In 2019, he was 1st Runner-Up for "Model of the Year" at the Chattanooga's Top Model & Talent competition.
Like almost everyone else in Music City, Zach is a musician. He is classically trained on the piano, organ, and voice and received a 4 year scholarship to study the Organ at Southern Adventist University. Both in high school and college, he was a member of multiple choirs, including two choirs and a bell choir in high school and the Die Meistersinger and I Cantori choirs at Southern Adventist University. Currently, Zach is the full-time organist at the Old Hickory Methodist Church in Old Hickory, TN.
